Terms of Service

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your Google account, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

NOpenBook helps foreign visitors browse Korean stores and submit reservation requests through the Naver Booking flow. A request is not confirmed until NOpenBook sends a confirmation notice.

Stores provide their own goods and services. Store charges, rules, availability, and service quality remain the store's responsibility.

You must provide accurate visitor, contact, date, time, party-size, and request information. Availability may change before confirmation. NOpenBook may reject duplicate, abusive, impossible, or unsupported requests.

A Booking Credit covers NOpenBook's reservation-request service only; store charges are separate. The price, validity period, and refund conditions shown before payment form part of your purchase.

Payment processing is provided through PortOne and the selected payment service provider. NOpenBook does not store complete card numbers.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on request status, Credit use, store rules, and the policy shown at purchase. Urgent store-service changes may require contacting the store directly.

You may not submit false reservations, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, scrape restricted data, bypass access controls, or use NOpenBook unlawfully.

NOpenBook relies on Google, Naver, stores, PortOne, payment providers, mapping, hosting, database, and email services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, store availability, or confirmation of every request. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, repeated no-shows, security threats, or material violations. You may delete an eligible customer account through the Account page or contact support. Active reservations, remaining Credits, store ownership, and legally required records must be resolved first.

Material changes will be announced before they take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
